Produce: Because we are in the early stages of fruit and crop growing, we are about one year away from having food to sell. We intend to produce sustainably raised heritage varieties of apples, pears, vegetables, and herbs, as well as eggs and chickens.
Homesteading Tools: We make home fermentation kits and will soon offer pollinator support materials such as mason bee nest boxes. You can usually find our booth at the Cave Junction Farmer’s Market, or get in touch with us directly if you’d like to know more about these products.
Support Groups: For people who want to learn to grow their own food and establish a sustainable rural life. We believe wisdom sharing & information exchange is essential to creating resilient homes and communities, and we are always interested to teach and learn about farming, fermentation, or any of our other interests.
Classes: How to make fermented foods such as Kvass and Sauerkraut; sustainable farming practices; fruit orchard design & automation.
